About us

Julianus Inkasso OÜ is the oldest and biggest debt collection company in Estonia and has operated on the local market since 1994. We have more than 50 specialists working in our offices in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius, whose task is to help our clients to get their money back from debtors as quickly as possible. We have been providing debt collection services for years, which has given us invaluable experience, and we also have the added value of highly qualified staff, technical solutions, extensive database, innovation and flexibility. In addition to the Baltic States, we also offer debt collection services with the help of a partner in Finland, where a considerable number of the debtors of our clients reside today.

Why choose Julianus Inkasso?

We are professional. Years of experience have given Julianus the best know-how in Estonia, which guarantees fast and certain debt collection.

We are well informed. Julianus is working with the biggest number of claims, which means we have the best background information about debtors and are therefore able to use suitable sanctions in respect of each debtor.

We are cost-effective. Hiring and training a separate employee to deal with debts is expensive and time-consuming. Julianus has trained staff, an extensive client base and years of experience, all of which give us the big picture.

We are thorough. Julianus goes through all stages in proceedings: reminders, letters, finding debtors, negotiations and payment schedules, and, if necessary, court proceedings and monitoring claims in execution proceedings.

We are systematic. We adhere to agreed procedures with all claims. No claim is discarded because the amount is small or the contact person is too moody.

We are renowned. Julianus is one of the best-known debt collection companies in Estonia. Our reputation forces debtors to improve their conduct.

Our mission is:

  • improving payment discipline
  • solving the problems caused by debts effectively and professionally
  • allowing our clients to focus on their main activities
